These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Keptly, a household organization app owned and operated by Reytech LLC. Keptly helps users manage household tasks, calendars, shopping lists, Pantry, recipes, meal plans, home assets, service records, protected Vault documents, household members, uploaded content, exports, household reports, and related household tools.

By creating an account or using Keptly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Use of Keptly

Keptly is provided to help users organize household information and collaborate with household members. You may use Keptly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for how you use the app and for any information you add, upload, share, export, duplicate, or manage through your account.

2. Accounts

You may need to create an account to use Keptly. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us as soon as possible.

3. Household Sharing and Permissions

Keptly allows users to create households, invite other members, approve join requests, assign roles, and collaborate with household members. Information added to a household may be visible to other household members depending on their role and permissions.

You should only invite people you trust. Household owners and users with certain permissions may be able to manage household members, invites, join requests, tasks, shopping lists, Pantry items, recipes, meal plans, household dietary preferences, home assets, service providers, service records, uploaded documents, household activity, exports, and other household data. Vault documents are limited to owners and adult members whom an owner authorizes. Child accounts cannot access the Vault.

Keptly is not responsible for disputes between household members or for actions taken by members you invite or approve.

4. User Content

You may create, upload, store, duplicate, or export content in Keptly, including tasks, instructions, checklists, shopping items, Pantry items, barcodes, recipes, meal plans, household dietary preferences, home assets, service records, service providers, Vault documents, photos, profile images, logos, receipts, invoices, warranties, screenshots, CSV files, Home Binder PDF reports, and feedback.

You keep ownership of the content you provide, but you grant Keptly permission to store, process, display, transmit, export at your request, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the app.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, invasive of another person’s privacy, or that you do not have the right to use or share.

5. Profile Images and Uploaded Files

Keptly may allow you to upload profile photos, logos, account images, receipts, invoices, warranties, screenshots, or other household-related files.

You are responsible for the files and images you upload. Do not upload content unless you have permission to use and share it.

Uploaded profile images or logos may be visible to household members where account identity is shown in the app.

6. Records, Assets, Vault, and Household Information

Keptly may help you track household assets, service providers, service history, amounts, receipts, invoices, warranties, maintenance dates, and related documents.

Keptly is not a financial, tax, legal, insurance, repair, warranty, or home maintenance advisor. Information stored or exported from Keptly is for your organization and reference only.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your records and for keeping copies of important documents outside of Keptly when appropriate.

Vault role restrictions and password or biometric re-authentication provide additional access controls but do not guarantee that data can never be accessed, lost, or disclosed. You remain responsible for your account, device, and copies saved or shared outside Keptly. Device biometric matching is performed by the operating system; Keptly does not receive or store biometric templates.

7. Exports and Downloaded Files

Keptly may allow you to export household information, service history, provider lists, costs, notes, receipt status, document status, missing receipt summaries, CSV files, and Home Binder PDF reports.

Exported files are created at your request based on the export presets, filters, and included sections you choose.

Once you export, save, download, print, email, or share a file outside of Keptly, you are responsible for protecting that file and controlling who has access to it.

Keptly is not responsible for how exported files are stored, shared, printed, forwarded, or used after they leave the app.

8. Google Sync, Calendar, AI, Barcode Lookup, Tasks, and Notifications

Keptly may offer Google Calendar Event sync, Google Tasks sync, reminders, and push notifications. These features are provided for convenience and may depend on your device settings, third-party services, network connection, subscription status, and notification permissions.

Keptly does not guarantee that reminders, notifications, calendar events, or task updates will always be delivered on time or without error.

If you connect Google Calendar, Google Tasks, or another provider, you are responsible for granting, managing, and revoking access through the app or the provider’s account settings.

AI-generated schedules, task breakdowns, daily plans, briefings, conflicts, preparation lists, meal suggestions, recipe drafts, service-record fields, follow-ups, and routines are suggestions that may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing dates, times, locations, ingredients, dietary needs, extracted details, reminders, and other information before saving or relying on it. Keptly does not automatically save AI calendar, meal, or recipe proposals.

Saved allergies and dietary restrictions guide suggestions but do not make Keptly a medical or allergen-verification service. Keptly cannot verify product labels, substitutions, manufacturing, or cross-contact. Review all ingredients and consult a qualified professional for medical dietary guidance.

Barcode scanning requires camera permission. Supported barcode numbers may be sent to Open Food Facts and Open Prices to retrieve product details and recent reference prices. Community-supplied product and price information may be unavailable, outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are responsible for confirming the product and price before relying on or saving the result.

9. Subscriptions and Paid Features

Keptly may offer paid plans, subscriptions, or premium features. Subscription purchases may be processed by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or another payment provider.

Pricing, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment terms may be governed by the app store or payment provider used for your purchase.

You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through the platform where you purchased it.

Deleting your Keptly account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription.

Certain features, including exports, advanced records tools, calendar syncing, household tools, or other premium functionality, may require an active subscription.

Keptly may change, add, limit, or remove free or paid features over time.

10. Beta Features and Feedback

Keptly may include beta, experimental, or early-access features. These features may be incomplete, unstable, changed, or removed at any time.

If you submit feedback, logs, screenshots, or device information, you allow Keptly to use that information to troubleshoot bugs, improve the app, and develop future features.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

12. Third-Party Services

Keptly may rely on third-party services for authentication, storage, payments, subscriptions, calendar syncing, notifications, builds, analytics, diagnostics, or other app functionality.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. Keptly is not responsible for third-party services, outages, changes, billing decisions, or actions.

13. Privacy

Keptly’s collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Keptly, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

14. App Availability and Changes

Keptly may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We may also update these Terms as the app evolves.

We do not guarantee that Keptly will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

15. No Warranties

Keptly is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keptly makes no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not guarantee that the app will meet your expectations, that data will always be accurate, that reminders will always be timely, that uploaded files will always remain available, that exported files will meet a specific legal, tax, insurance, warranty, or financial requirement, or that the app will be free from bugs or interruptions.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keptly, Reytech LLC, and their owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, missed reminders, missed appointments, household disputes, exported files shared outside the app, subscription issues handled by third-party platforms, or reliance on information stored in or exported from the app.

Your use of Keptly is at your own risk.

17. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Keptly if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, misused the app, or if required by law, platform rules, or service provider rules.

You may stop using Keptly at any time.

18. Account and Data Deletion

You may request account or data deletion by contacting reytechnc@outlook.com or through the account deletion request feature inside the app.

Account deletion may remove your account profile, personal account information, profile images, feedback submissions, and access to Keptly.

Some information may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, or operational purposes.

If you are part of a shared household, certain household data may remain available to other household members unless that data or the household is deleted by someone with permission to do so.

If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it through Apple, Google, or the platform where you purchased it. Deleting your Keptly account does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription.

19. Apple App Store Terms

If you download Keptly from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Keptly.

Your use of Keptly may also be subject to Apple’s App Store terms and policies.

20. Google Play Terms

If you download Keptly from Google Play, your use of Keptly may also be subject to Google Play terms and policies.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, by email, or by updating the effective date.

Your continued use of Keptly after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
